授業の目的

プロジェクトマネジメントは、研究開発、経営革新、IT、建築、土木、その他のさまざまな分野で活用されている。本講座は明確なゴールを達成するためのプロセスをマネジメントする主要な構成要素とその考え方を学習する。学習に当たっては、プロジェクトの開始から完成に至るまでの流れに沿って授業を進め、各パートごとにプロジェクトマネジメントを成功させるための要点を理解する。授業の終わりの部分では、身近な事例を通してプロジェクトマネジメントの全体像を把握し、理解度を深める。（時間数：90分×1時限×16回）
※この授業は対面とする。ただし、都合（コロナウイルス等）により、オンライン授業となる場合がある。

Project management is utilized in various other fields such as research and development, management innovation, IT, architecture, and civil engineering. The aim of this course is to learn the main components of management processes to achieve a definite goal. The lecture is advanced along the flow of up to the completion from the start of the project, to understand the main points for a successful project management for each part. In the part of the end of the class, the overall picture of project management is reviewed through familiar examples, to deepen the level of understanding.

※This class performs a meeting with teaching it.
But, by the situation of the new coronavirus infection spread, it may become the online class.

1 プロジェクトマネジメントに関する基礎知識が習得できている。
Students will acquire basic knowledge about project management.

2 プロジェクトの計画・実行・終了の各フェーズにおけるプロジェクトマネジャーの役割、作業手順が理解できている。
Students will be able to understand the role of project manager and work procedures in each phase of planning, execution and completion of the project.

3 プロジェクトの成功要件がきちんと理解できている。
Students will be able to understand properly success requirement of the project.

評価方法

通常試験の成績(70%)、学習状況(15%)、提出されたレポート(15%)にて評価する。
The class is evaluated by the results of the examination (70%), the learning situation (15%) and the submitted report (15%).
通常試験およびレポートのフィードバックは第16回行う

受講心得

授業時の演習問題や課題レポートに積極的に取組み、授業内容を十分把握し理解しておくことが望まれる。
While actively working in exercises and reports at the time of class, it is desirable to keep fully understand the course content.
