Master Program Application Requirements
Applicants must not have Japanese nationality, must have the recommendation of the president, supervising instructor or someone equally qualified of the final school completed (including Japanese language school), and shall fall under one of the following conditions:
- 1.A person who has graduated from a university specified in Article 83 of the School Education Act, or is expected to graduate by the date noted below.
- 2.A person who has received a bachelor's degree as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 104 of the School Education Act, or is expected to receive the degree by the date noted below.
- 3.A person who has completed a 16-year curriculum of education in a country other than Japan and has received a bachelor's degree or is expected to receive the degree by the date noted below.
- 4.A person who, while residing in Japan, has completed a 16-year curriculum of school education from a country other than Japan through a correspondence course conducted by a school of that country, or who is expected to complete the curriculum by the date noted below.
- 5.A person who has completed a curriculum separately designated by the Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology at an educational facility in Japan, which is positioned as a university curriculum under another country's educational system (only a person who has been recognized by that country as having completed its formal 16-year curriculum of school education), or who is expected to complete this curriculum by the date noted below.
- 6.A person designated by the Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
- 7.An international student from a country that does not require 16 years of education for university graduation who fulfills the following two conditions and who is recognized by the Graduate School of Fukui University of Technology as having an academic ability equivalent or superior to a graduate of a university in Japan.

(a) A person who, after completion of university education, has studied in a university or an equivalent research institution in Japan or abroad as a research student or researcher engaging in research for one year or more, or who is expected to have engaged in research for one year or more by the date noted below.

(b) A person who will be 22-years-old by the time of enrollment.
*However, those planning to apply under (7.) above must first undergo a preliminary application eligibility review. Please submit the required documents to the university within the screening period noted below. Oral examination

Selection Method
Comprehensive selection based on results of oral examination (including presentation) and application documents. The oral examination will be conducted by several examiners to test for academic ability.

Doctorate Program Application Requirements
