Electrical, electronic and computer engineering are indispensable technologies that support our lives in all realms of society. Because the critical social issues of climate and energy cannot be resolved without the technologies of electrical, electronic and computer engineering, companies in all realms of business require engineers in these fields. In order to meet such demands, our department provides a place of learning that focuses on mastery of basic skills from both the physical and non-physical sides with the goal of cultivating practical-minded engineers.

Students will first learn and acquire basic knowledge and practical skills in electrical, electronic and computer engineering, and then study their fields of application. In this way, we cultivate engineers who can meet not only the needs of the manufacturing industry, centering on the electrical, electronic and information fields, but the demands of a wide variety of fields.
These engineers will aim to contribute to society by taking on a central role in promoting and practicing whatever duties are demanded.

We will cultivate engineers with a thorough mastery of the technical knowledge of electrical, electronics and information engineering, as well as the skills to apply this knowledge creatively, and who have internationally recognized professional expertise and ethical views to play an active role on the global stage.
These engineers will aim to contribute to society by taking the initiative in opening new frontiers in their work and creating new value.
